Ms. Howley reported the following:

The CCATO Spring Convention will be held March 4th at 9 A.M. at the Downingtown Country Club.

There will be a lunch for Ben Cialini on February 24th at noon in the township building.

Ben will be retired from the township as of the end of this month.

The Boy Scout lease agreement has been prepared by Dave Patten and he will contact them for signatures. The Board has approved the draft.

Cossart Road Closing Ordinance - Dave Patten has drafted an ordinance to temporarily close the road. This has been faxed to Terry Brewer and Terry is to contact the state police to make sure this will help with the enforcement of laws on this road. A township permit must be circulated amongst property owners and signed by them before the road can be closed. Dave Allen stated PennDot must also be notified since traffic will be detoured onto state roads.

The township audit has been started by Tim Umbreit.

Supervisors will meet with Joe Lordi from the library on March 2nd at 7:30 A.M. in the township building. Rickey Wolffe will be moving and can no longer represent the township on the library board.

Complaints have been received regarding parking on the shoulder along Rt. 52 in the village of Fairville. The state police said they cannot ticket unless the road is signed with "no parking". Dave Allen has been asked to make a recommendation to the Board on this situation regarding the merits of adding signs.

The township has received a PennDot permit for the work at Rt. 52 and Hickory Hill Road. Mr. Bailey who lives at the corner will be contacted again and advised of the scope of work to be done by his property.

Emergency Management - Reese Reynolds stated that Bob Updegrave will be attending the training session in March at the County.

OLD/NEW BUSINESS

Mr. Reynolds reported that he, MaryAnna Ralph and Larry Anderson met with Mrs. Bonnett who owns the parcel of ground on Rt. 1 between Brintons Bridge Rd. and West Pennsbury Way. She would be willing to discuss the sale of the lot for the relocation of the entrance to Brintons Bridge Rd on Rt. 1. The township will do more research and get back to her.
