Code Enforcement Officer Rusty Drumheller reported he issued 3 building and 2
zoning permits during March. Sent out letters to real estate companies about our sign
Jack McFadden - was present to discuss his recent violation notice regarding cars
exiting onto Brintons Bridge Road from the restaurant. The supervisors have the option
of requiring him to put up a gate to stop this according to the zoning hearing board
decision. Mr. McFadden stated that only a very few customers do this and mostly late
at night when traffic is not heavy on this road. They use it because it is a safer exit and
he feels he shouldn't have to put a gate in. He only serves dinner at the restaurant.
The Board will defer a decision on this until their May 6th meeting.
Ted Davis was served a citation on March 22nd and a hearing will be scheduled. A letter of violation for the maintenance code was sent to 95 Deerpath. Will give them 15 days to respond and then cite the owners. Will check the Letang property to see if there is land disturbance that needs a permit.
