Township tax bills are mailed out March 1 by Berkheimer Associates. The township collects a real estate tax, an earned income tax and some residents pay a hydrant fee.
The discount period is until May 1, the face amount is due from May 1 until July 1, after July 1 a 10% penalty applies. Specific questions about your bill can be addressed to Berkheimer at 1-866-309-6939.
County real estate tax bills are mailed in February and collected by the county, information is available at (610) 344-6370. If you have questions about your assessment or collection of taxes, call the Chester County Assessment Office at (610) 344-6105.
School real estate tax bills are mailed in June, contact the Unionville-Chadds Ford School district at (610) 347-0970 for information.
